Beyond the legal right of cancellation, we guarantee an additional right of withdrawal: you are able to cancel your contractual statement within 30 days in text form (e.g. letter, fax, e-mail).
The extended 30 day-period begins with the expiry of the legal cancellation period of 14 days. In order to maintain the extended 30 day period the sending of the withdrawal has to be on time.

If you make use of the extended right of withdrawal, the goods have to be inside their original packaging (if the goods had been sent in an appropriate packaging), unused (in case the goods were new ones) and free of damage. This does not apply to individualised products or services already provided; when using the racket stringing service, only the purchase price of the racket can be refunded. Your legal warranty claims are excluded from this, if the goods have been damaged in the delivery process.

You will bear the direct cost of returning the goods of 3.99 GBP.

You do not have to give any reason for cancellation. However, a brief explanation will help us to improve our service in the future.

If you cancel, you must return the goods at your own expense. In this case, you are also responsible for the risk of loss or damage, therefore we recommend postal insurance to cover the value.
