Tennis-Point GmbH redemption conditions for gift vouchers

These voucher redemption conditions apply to all vouchers purchased in our online shop at www.tennis-point.de or in one of our branches.

Redemption:
  1. Gift vouchers can be redeemed via the following channels for products that are approved for purchase using vouchers: Via the website through which the voucher was purchased, e.g. www.tennis-point.de (“approved website”) In a Tennis-Point store of your choice in the country in which the voucher was issued Via the hotline of the above-mentioned approved website
  2. Vouchers can be redeemed on an approved website using the designated online order form (shopping cart system). Redemption by telephone, fax or email is also possible.
  3. If the value of the voucher is not sufficient for your order, you can pay the difference using another payment method offered by Tennis-Point or by entering additional gift vouchers on the same page.
  4. Multiple vouchers can also be redeemed with one order. Promotional vouchers are excluded from this regulation.
  5. Vouchers and remaining balance of vouchers can be redeemed until the end of the third year after the year in which the voucher was purchased. Remaining credit will be credited to your customer account until the expiry date. Promotional vouchers are excluded from this regulation.
