We only charge 15 € per test racket. With that fee, we cover the costs for strings, grip tape, and expenses for shipping and returns. Additionally, we take a 75 € deposit per racket. As soon as the racket arrives in our warehouse, we, of course, refund the deposit.

No. Please return your test racket once the test period expires. If you like one or even more rackets so much that you would like to buy them, you can order them from our online shop.
Yes and no. We add a 15 € voucher to your test racket pack, which you can use when buying a new racket from our shop. You will receive the voucher with an email shortly before the end of your trial period.
You can return test rackets to us for free. Just fill out your return label online and return the parcel to us.
