Determine your measurements
Every player has individual requirements, so we would like to give you some tips on how to get your perfect running outfit. It is extremely important to measure correctly.
Here are some basic rules for determining your measurements:
Place the tape measure tightly, but not too tightly, around the part of the body you want to measure. If you are measuring alone, it is best to repeat the measurement several times and determine an average value. Otherwise, ask someone for support. It is important to measure children more often because they grow faster.
1. Chest circumference
Measure horizontally around the fullest part of the breast. Make sure the tape measure goes under your arms and stays straight along your back.
2. Underbust
Place the tape measure horizontally just below the base of your chest and run it around your body.
3. Waist (waist circumference)
Measure horizontally around the narrowest part of the waist.
4. Hip
Place the tape measure horizontally around the widest part of your hips to determine the correct circumference.
5. Inside leg or stride length
Measure from the top inside of the leg down to the ankle.
6. Side length
Measure vertically from the waist over the hips to the hem. Important: measure without waistband!
7. Body height
Stand upright, without shoes, with your back against a straight wall or door. Measure from crown to heel.
