If you don't yet know which racket you want to test, just use ours Racket Advisor. You can also use ours Test racket category Visit or order the test racket through the product page of a racket. Choose you up to three test clubs and complete the order. The Test period is 10 days after receiving the goods. You can test it for 10 days and pay for it with us 15 € per club.
If one or more test rackets have not been returned to us 10 days after receipt, we reserve the right to invoice the test rackets at the new price.   The test clubs must be returned in the delivery condition.

We recommend a tennis racket to test extensively. Only after playing for a long time will you get a feel for the new racket. If possible, you should also go to the court a second time so that you can make the right decision in the end.

Feel free to remove the overgrips that you have worn out. Fill that Return slip and please send the package back to us free of charge with your test clubs in good time within the test period. Did you like one or more of the test rackets you ordered so much that you would like to buy them? No problem! Simply order your desired racket in our online shop. For one Buying a new club you get one for it 15 € voucher from us! You will receive the voucher in an email shortly before the end of your test period. Didn't find the right racquet? Then you can order up to 3 test rackets again and try them out. You are also welcome to use our racket finder or get personal advice in one of our stores!

Your ordered test rackets will be provided with a new overgrip and, if necessary, a new string as well as the medium string tension as specified by the manufacturer. If you have ordered a Babolat racquet for testing, you will receive a special Babolat setup. You can find more detailed information about this in this overview.

To which countries do we send the test rackets?

We ship to Germany, Austria, Switzerland, France, Italy, Spain, Netherlands, Belgium, Sweden, Denmark, Czech Republic, Slovakia.

How much does it cost to rent a test racket?

We just charge you 15 € per test racket. With this fee we cover the costs for the string, overgrip and the costs of shipping there and back.

How long can I keep a test racket?

You have a total of 10 days from receipt to test your test rackets extensively.

How many test clubs can I rent at the same time?

You can rent and test a maximum of 3 test clubs at the same time.

Can I keep my test racket if I like it so much?

No. We ask you to return the test clubs after your test period. If you liked one or more rackets so much that you would like to buy them, you can easily order them again in our webshop.

Do I get the test racket fees credited towards the purchase of a new racket?

Nope. You receive one 15 € voucher from us by email. You can then use this directly to purchase a new racket in our shop. You will receive the voucher in an email shortly before the end of your test period.

How can I return the clubs?

You can return the test clubs to us free of charge. To do this, you simply have to fill out your returns slip online and send the package back to us.

What happens if I forget to send the clubs back?

We would like to offer as many customers as possible the opportunity to rent test clubs. Since we only have a limited selection available, it is important that the racquets arrive back to us in good condition in good time after the test period. Please be fair and stick to it.
