Terms and Conditions - Clubs

Conditions: #teamyellow Clubs program 

Thank you for your interest in participating in Tennis-Point's #teamyellow Clubs program (Tennis-Point Europe GmbH, HRB 283659, Munich Register Court). 

By registering and participating in the Program, you agree to the following terms and conditions: 

Conditions of Participation 
  1. The #teamyellow Clubs program is aimed at tennis and/or padel clubs. The club must have an active tennis and/or padel facility and a valid certification recognized by the tennis and/or padel association of the respective country. 

  2. A club that was previously part of the former Advantage Club program will automatically be transferred to the new #teamyellow Clubs program without having to re-register. Following the transfer, clubs from the legacy Advantage Club program will be required to complete a questionnaire to indicate preferences and characteristics to optimize the program. 

  3. A club's agreements with other tennis or padel brands do not affect eligibility for the program. 

  4. Tennis-Point reserves the right to review and approve all club registrations to ensure they meet the standards and objectives of the program. 
Registration process 
  1. New clubs can register for the #teamyellow Clubs program in the Coach and Club Program section of My Account by completing the registration form. 

  2. After confirmation by Tennis-Point, the club becomes a member of the #teamyellow Clubs program (“#teamyellow Club”). 
Commitments of the #teamyellow Club 
  1. The #teamyellow Clubs program is free. 

  2. The #teamyellow Club must promote Tennis-Point among its members and encourage them to purchase tennis or padel equipment from Tennis-Point. 
#teamyellow club discount 
  1. As a #teamyellow club, the club receives a reduced price on a large portion of Tennis-Point products (“club discount”). 

  2. The club discount is automatically applied if the club is logged in as a #teamyellow club in the Tennis Point webshop. 

  3. With the #teamyellow club card, which the club receives via its club profile in the “Program for Coaches and Clubs” under “My Account”, the club discount can also be claimed in the Tennis Point shops. 
Discount codes for club members 
  1. The #teamyellow Club receives an individual discount code that it can provide to its club members free of charge. The discount code grants a 10% discount for a specific period, which cannot be combined with other current promotions or discount codes and can be redeemed in the Tennis Point webshop and in stores. The discount code is not applicable to products that have already been reduced. The exact conditions for redeeming the discount code are stated in the voucher presentation. 

  2. The discount code is only valid in the country where the #teamyellow club is registered. 

  3. The #teamyellow Club will receive the discount code via email, and the discount code can also be viewed via the club profile in the “Trainers and Clubs Program” under “My Account”. After the discount code expires, the #teamyellow Club will receive a new individual discount code by email. 
Performance bonuses 
  1. Tennis-Point may, at its sole discretion or based on an individual agreement, grant the #teamyellow Club additional benefits, such as free promotional items or the provision of prizes at tournaments for the sales generated through its members' discount code. 

  2. Unless otherwise agreed, benefits granted by Tennis-Point are considered one-off services and do not constitute a claim to future benefits. 
communication 
  1. The #teamyellow Club agrees to be contacted by Tennis-Point by email. Contact can be made in particular for registration purposes, notification of the discount code, information about sales generated or changes to the #teamyellow Clubs program as well as as part of the newsletter. 

  2. The #teamyellow Club assures that the information provided is complete and correct. Should the information provided by the #teamyellow Club or other circumstances required by the #teamyellow Clubs program change, the club must immediately change it via its club profile in the “Coaches and Clubs Program” under “My Account”. 
Termination 
  1. The #teamyellow Club can terminate its participation in the #teamyellow Clubs program at any time in writing or by email to [email protected]. 

  2. Tennis-Point can terminate a club's participation in the #teamyellow Clubs program with immediate effect by email, in particular:
     
    a. if the Club or its members breach any provision of these Terms and Conditions, 

    b. if the club loses its club certification, 

    c. if the club or its members address Tennis-Point in a defamatory manner or portray the brand in a negative light, 

    d. in the event of misuse of the discount codes, including distribution on voucher websites, or 

    e. in the event of other fraudulent behavior by the Club. 

  3. Upon termination of participation, the Club's discount code will become invalid and the Club's right to the Club discount and all future benefits granted will expire. 
Consent, Changes to Terms 
  1. Tennis-Point reserves the right to change the terms and conditions of the program at any time.

     
  2. Tennis-Point will inform the #teamyellow Club of the change to the conditions by email. 

  3. Continued participation in the #teamyellow Clubs program after any change to the Terms constitutes the #teamyellow Club's acceptance of the changed Terms. 

  4. By participating in the #teamyellow Clubs program, the #teamyellow Club agrees to the validity of these terms and conditions and undertakes to comply with them.
