Hitpartner tennis rebound walls: play tennis any time, on the spur of the moment and anywhere
The company Hitpartner specialises in developing mobile tennis rebound walls. Its motto: “Hit the ball wherever you want.”
For the developers of the mobile tennis wall, it was essential that it should be light and quick to set up while still offering plenty of stability. Whether on holiday or at home, and whether on your own or with a partner, Hitpartner gives tennis fans a rebound wall that can be packed up and taken along without any fuss.
Tennis with Hitpartner: a sturdy tennis court in table-tennis format
At 150 centimetres wide and 220 centimetres deep (and high), the Hitpartner tennis wall takes up very little floor space, and at just ten kilograms it hardly weighs anything either. That makes it easy to stow away. The frame of the tennis wall is made up of eleven lightweight steel poles in various lengths of up to 150 centimetres. The poles have a diameter of around three centimetres.
Hitpartner tennis walls appeal above all to tennis fans who simply want to play for a few minutes here and there. The Hitpartner rebound wall is also ideal for beginners who want to learn and practise their technique. Another target group is people who can still hit a ball but are no longer able to run so well, for instance because of joint conditions or other sports injuries.
That was exactly the situation faced by company boss and developer Alexander Lenfers. A few years ago he learned that for health reasons he would no longer be able to play his favourite sport on the tennis court. Then, by chance, he came across a video of a man in Asia hitting a tennis ball against a sloping surface, with the ball bouncing back to him reliably and evenly time after time. That was the spark behind the basic idea of a mobile tennis wall that makes playing possible on just a few square metres.
From then on, Alexander Lenfers tinkered away at the concept of an uncomplicated tennis wall of this kind – one that offers different rebound angles and gives the player enough time between shots.
Outstanding for focused technique training in tennis
The air-permeable fabric of the tennis wall comes in green, red and blue to match the Grand Slam tournaments: red clay as in Roland Garros, green grass à la Wimbledon or a blue hard court like the one at the US Open.
The mobile tennis wall from Hitpartner proves to be a dependable sparring partner for tennis fans, returning every single ball reliably. Measuring 3.3 square metres, the Hitpartner rebound wall is suitable for beginners, advanced players and tournament players alike, and for children as well as adults. With the rebound wall you can work specifically on your weak points in tennis – not just your groundstrokes, but easy volleys and overhead shots too.
The adjustable rebound angle is a practical touch. Thanks to the infinitely variable angle, you can adapt the flight curve and bounce height of the ball just as you like, along with the distance to the wall and the level of difficulty. Low balls that demand more footwork can be trained just as effectively as topspin balls or simple volleys.
The return speed of the ball is slowed down
Because the ball comes back at a reduced speed, you can concentrate fully on the right stance, your movement towards the ball and the execution of your stroke. The tennis wall serves you a ball roughly every three seconds.
The integrated rebound board means no ball can bounce off unpredictably. Noise levels are low thanks to the cushioned impact and rebound of the ball. The galvanised surface protects the wall against moisture.
A great playing feel with the Hitpartner rebound wall
With the Hitpartner tennis rebound wall you can improve your match practice, technique and stamina in a targeted way. Here are the highlights of the mobile tennis wall once more:
