Otherwise, try to find help. Please keep in mind that children grow faster than adults. Thus, you should measure more often.

1Chest measurement
Measure horizontally around the chest so that the band is under the arms and around the back.

Put the measuring tape horizontally on the chest below the bust and let it go around your body.
